Advance Building Solutions carried out a garage conversion to create a utility room and a study. They also constructed a canopy porch on the front of the house.
 
We were very pleased with the work in that:
 

• It was of good quality, on time and on budget
• Bob, Pete and Jamie did most of the work themselves apart from the plastering and electrical work which was sub-contracted to firms they had used before
• Additional electrical work that we required was well managed with costs being determined up front
• They worked well with the local Building Control to meet our needs (for example the insulation required)
• They were efficient, friendly and tidy.
